✨ Air Fryer Lamb Steaks with Greek Salad ✨
Juicy, tender lamb steaks cooked to perfection in the air fryer, served over a crisp and colourful Greek salad.. it’s the perfect mix of fresh, zesty, and satisfying. 🥗
Ingredients:
2 lamb leg or rump steaks
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 garlic clove, minced
Zest + juice of ½ lemon
Salt + pepper
Greek Salad:
½ cucumber, sliced
2 tomatoes, wedged
½ red onion, thinly sliced
Kalamata olives
50g feta, crumbled
1 tbsp olive oil, ½ tbsp red wine vinegar, pinch oregano
Method:
1️⃣ Mix olive oil, oregano, garlic, lemon zest & juice, salt & pepper. Rub onto lamb steaks.
2️⃣ Toss cucumber, tomatoes, onion & olives with olive oil, vinegar & oregano.
3️⃣ Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F). Cook lamb for 8-10 mins, flipping halfway, until done to your liking.
4️⃣ Rest lamb 5 mins, slice & serve over salad with crumbled feta.
