The University of Bologna is the oldest university in continuous operation in the world. The main purpose of its law journal is to be a qualified research tool for practitioners, scholars, students, legislators and others interested in legal studies.

The College of Europe was founded by leading historical European figures and represents the place, where Europe’s future leaders study. Its peer-reviewed journal gives the opportunity to promote articles, in English and French, related to European affairs in the various disciplines taught at the College.
