Texas’s primary is on Tuesday, March 1st, and it’s the first statewide election since the Texas Legislature passed SB 1, which set several restrictions on voting accessibility across the state. Today we’re talking about the changes to voting by mail, or absentee voting, and the various hurdles that elections administrators and voters now face to get all mail-in ballots counted.
