Gardening has become an addiction for me. I truly enjoy planting seeds and watching them grow, that applies to so many things in life. The dream is to buy several acres of land and create a farm to table eatery that incorporates dishes from Louisiana and Mississippi and allows the guests to actually pick their own produce. I change my mind daily about letting people touch my veggies, LOL,

Mad hatter peppers. They’re supposed to be red , so the seed packet says but the seed packet also said they were scotch bonnets. I harvested these to ripen on the counter.
