🚨MISSING🚨PHILADELPHIA🚨
WHERE IS KADA SCOTT?
On Saturday, October 4th, 23-year-old Kada Scott kissed her mother goodbye and drove to her overnight shift at The Terrace at Chestnut Hill. She arrived at the assisted living facility around 10:00 PM, clocked in, and was seen by coworkers.
But within 30 minutes, she vanished.
Her car was found abandoned in the employee parking lot. Her phone went straight to voicemail. Every social media account fell silent.
Ten days later, Kada Scott is still missing, and the questions surrounding her disappearance grow more troubling by the hour.
The Penn State graduate had recently taken the overnight job to pay off student loans while preparing for the Miss Pennsylvania USA 2026 pageant. She was described as someone who would not simply voluntarily disappear.
But in the days before October 4th, Kada told friends and family she was being harassed by someone on the phone. Her mother would later tell reporters that Kada spoke about the harassment to friends but provided no specifics, leaving the family desperate to piece together who may have been targeting her daughter.
Philadelphia Police Captain John Craig called the case troubling and urged anyone with information to come forward, emphasizing that even the smallest detail could be the missing piece of the puzzle.
By October 10th, police executed a search warrant at a residence on the 5500 block of Belmar Terrace in Southwest Philadelphia. The connection to Kada's case was not publicly disclosed.
The next day, hundreds of police cadets, K9 units, cadaver dogs, and drones searched the 55-acre Awbury Arboretum in East Germantown. Family reported that Kada's Apple Watch had pinged at the arboretum before all her devices went dark.
But after hours of searching the wooded property, investigators found nothing significant.
On October 13th, Philadelphia's Homicide Unit took over the investigation from Northwest Detectives. The FBI also joined the search, still not confirming whether either agency believes Kada is deceased.
One of the most frustrating parts of the investigation is the complete absence of surveillance cameras at The Terrace at Chestnut Hill. There is no footage of Kada arriving, leaving, or anyone who might have been with her.
The questions haunt Philadelphia. Who was harassing Kada? Why did she leave work so quickly after arriving? How did she leave without her car? What happened in those dark hours after 10:30 PM on October 4th? Why was the house on Belmar Terrace raided?
If you have any information no matter how small, please contact Northwest Detectives at 215-686-3353. Kada Scott is 5 feet 6 inches tall, 120 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Someone knows something. Someone saw something. Time is critical. Kada needs to come home.
