👻☕ Spooky season is brewing, and I’m here for it! ☕👻

I’ve always loved Halloween—the cute, the spooky, and everything in between. 🎃 Even though it’s not really a big thing here in Australia (sadly!), I can’t help but get into the spirit with my ghost mug and all the cozy, eerie vibes. There’s just something about the mix of fun and fright that makes it such a special time of year for me!

Honestly, after a long week, there’s nothing better than kicking back and diving into some cozy games with all of you. Lately, I’ve been playing The Sims (because who doesn’t love a good build mode binge?) and this little gem called Tiny Glade. We've had a mixed green/yellow/red week so I'm hoping to just chill for the next few days.

I’ve cleaned up the gaming setup (finally!), and it feels so good to have a fresh space to game in. Can’t wait to spend the weekend hanging out, chatting, and playing these cozy games together. Whether you’re a Sims builder, a Tiny Glade fan, or just want to chill with good vibes and coffee, come swing by! ☕🎮

Back with another quick mini update! Went for a blue base thinking purples would be my shadows... although I like it, I don't think it was the outcome I wanted 😅

We all have those days where getting out of bed feels impossible, right? Even Wally is feeling it today 😴 But sometimes, it’s about taking one small step at a time. Whether it’s grabbing a cup of coffee or giving yourself a moment to breathe, remember: you’ve got this.

I'm trying to make a full week at work this week. I've had two "green" days in a row where I've been pain free (woo!) so my fingers and toes are crossed. Apparently my last stream was over a month ago, so here's also hoping I can get on this week and check out some of the demos that are starting from today over on Steam ♥

You never really know what is going to happen around the corner, more so that the day after this first photo I was back in the ER for 10 hours. But, we're going to take the positives for the week. We managed to go for a sneaky coffee for birthday. I now have four painted minis. I've worked out where the best spots in the house are for taking photos and have a lot more confidence there. also was caught digging again (naughty boy ahaha)
So we had a mixed week, here's for a good one ahead. How was your week? ♥

I've slowed down slightly on reading again recently (although picked up a new interest in photography and mini painting so I guess that's a fair trade off!) however halfway through Assistant to the Villain by Hannah Nicole Maehrer and I really love this. I haven't done a proper romcom sunny/grumpy book in a hot minute and so I think I'm avoiding it because laughing usually makes my stomach work. It's also my go to hospital book and in my ER bag 😅

Is there another book I should add to by TBR after this? Super open to suggestions! ♥

So behind the scenes as many of you now know I've been quite ill over the past few months. I've had three ER trips and countless doctors appointments and we think (with fingers and toes crossed) that this may finally lead to an endometriosis diagnosis 🌻

Some people have asked more about it. It’s a condition where tissue similar to the lining inside the uterus decides to grow outside of it, causing pain, heavy periods, and other not-so-fun symptoms. Think of it like your body’s way of throwing a surprise party, but nobody wanted the balloons. 🎈 It’s more common than you’d think, yet so many live with it silently. I've had a strong support team both at home and at work whilst I've been battling with the ongoing symptoms which I'm so very grateful for.

It's very ouchies and I'm so sorry to anyone else out there who is going through this. It's my third attempt to get my diagnosis so hopefully third time is the charm?

Oh my goodness why are minis so hard to paint?!
I finally at least added paint onto three of my pupper boys. They're not 100% finished but just trying to do little improvements each time. I'm glad I've still got like another 5 😅

I think the OG green boy is my favourite out of the two shown? But what do you think?

Been looking up painting techniques but would love to hear beginner trips if you have them 👉🏻👈🏻

How about a lil screenshot Sunday?
I don't know about everyone else but I do like when I'm actually doing gameplay (and when I have finished my houses!) to actually get a little bit of "B Roll" action. There are some gorgeous scenes to be found in all of the worlds. ( is always a big one to follow for inspiration! ) Do you have a favourite spot to photograph at?

We've got a busy little week this week; stream hopefully on Tuesday & Thursday - we might check out some new demos that have popped up and start to make our Shedford Hollow save file home which I'm excited to see! What are your plans for this week? ♥

I don't know what is worse, trying to make sure your drinking 1L+ of water before your appointment for a scan, or having to wait uncomfortably when they're running late 🥺

Today is hospital day, and hopefully getting some answers to why I've been in so much pain for the last few months. With all hope, I'll check back into triage, wait a few hours and then some miracle person will be like "Yep! This is the issue 🥰 Here's a solution"

I'm assuming this isn't the case but a girl can hope haha I learnt from last time to bring a book and a portable charger 📖 and also now acquired a coffee ☕️
