This dead tree has been talked about by many people and my Mum refers to it as her tree each time she comes to this village. During the day, it sits under the harsh African sun, slowly but surely withering away. Coming back from Kande village the sun was just about to disappear, and this seemingly insignificant tree was caught in a different light.
