No more excuses.
No more “well I don’t know what will nurture me”
“I don’t know what will make me feel more loved, desirable, magnetic.”

Slow down and listen.

The key is to slow down, to walk, to savor, to enjoy-
Stop running towards your destination through self deprecation and sacrifice-
Especially when no one is asking you to.

Hold space when you can-
Rest when you cannot

Your base needs are a requirement not a suggestion

Your base needs elevate as you elevate

Enough.

You seeking validation through means of manipulation is cruelty to those around you- transactional relationships will only take you to a base

Flow with trust
Flow with the alignment of you

And to those who have been know that our time is sooner than you think- you are ready the time is to open your arms

Let this be a lesson to those who have already made their choice to sacrifice their values for results

Until the light lifts them once again all you can do is be and protect because they will try to burry you in their pain.

May you become skilled in transforming it into an energy you can work with instead of stale stagnancy that is paralyzing.

If your immediate response to that statement was someone else’s action on to you and not your own on to how you do to others you have work to do.

Let this be a lesson.

Listen I love vending shaking up energy serves my soul and being barefoot all day in the grass is definitely a recharge both me and my decks needed as well!

There's a huge shift going to occur. I was speaking with another healer over the weekend. And it's this huge shift to encourage companies that largely line their pockets to step up and create a reality that takes better care and provides more respect for their workers. Making sure they are well compensated so they are not stretching themselves thin working multiple jobs. this gap between the rich and the poor is going to continue to create a rift of graves because people will be forced to compete against machines and we are human.
The beauty in the fault and lessons and experience deemed and earned truly cannot be replicated to an organic stand point. Processes and pathways are duplicated and calculated to unearth known highways of thought but it's not an authenticate mistake with the charm and education of error.
Program and duplicate all you want but when that mountain of gold will be come much smaller when you realize how many skeletons are in fact piled underneath.

A lot about the healing journey is oversimplified, 7-60 viral seconds isn’t enough to properly illustrate the tumultuous yet horrifically gratifying journey to, not just coming back to self, but to truly understand your worth and the wholeness and self respect of not doing things you feel morally obligated to do. It’s freeing, it really is.
