As Emma Xu says, “Tiny victories are like gems scattered on your journey, notice them.”

In mountain life and mental health alike, it’s not always the summit moments that matter most.

Sometimes it’s just getting out of bed, lacing up your boots, or taking a deep breath under open sky.
