Thank You Random Repair Tech na nasa Area namin around 10-11am. They fixed My Red LOS issue that was going on for 3weeks.

they said that my ticket was still not showing on their end and possible still on queue- I would like to Thank them very much for taking in charge and took responsibility for it.

good people are still around ..
It really depends on the management how the will handle their own Business

i didn't get their names well, the receipt is kind of blurry but when i signed the incident report i saw the ID name on the other tech.. So I like to mention
sir "Elbert Ramos" and the team for taking good care of anything regarding Converge. Kindly give them a raise if ever .
