Can’t believe this was 2 years ago 😂😂 stopped at a little restaurant in Slovenia that said it had water on park4night. They were closed but still offered us a beer anyway, a few hours later this was the result of the incredible Slovenian hospitality…and deadly home made liquor 😂😂

I wish I could say this was our next truck but unfortunately not, had the pleasure of looking round this beast today so couldn’t resist a picture with big red.
The owners rob and christel got this brand new and diy built it, yes diy 🤯
I’ll put some stories on in a minute showing u around it but ITS FOR SALE, so for a bit of fun drop your guesses down in the comments how much for, I’ll put a story on tomorrow of its actual price and who was closest,
But the spec is huge, no expense spared, my personal favourite is the custom hydraulic leveling system (home made of course)
Jesses favourite was skylight above the bed 🤩, giving us some inspiration for the next build 💪💪

Come and take a look inside our extremely rare expedition vehicle! Turning this old fire truck into a camper took just about every ounce of our creativity and engineering skills but we couldn't be happier with how it has turned out. We owe this humble little van more than we can ever put into words! She really did change our lives. But now the time has come for our next chapter and to go our separate ways, before that can happen though we need to finish all the repairs and put it back together again.

This beauty little van has done us so proud! She's taken us the arctic in 5 different countries in the depths of winter, through some of the most remote and beautiful places on the planet, and now the time has come to bid her farewell. When we set off on this trip 5 months ago, never in our wildest dreams did we think we’d get to see and experience everything we have. Quite honestly, it doesn’t seem real!!! Thank you so much for coming on the adventure with us 🥰 Now let’s hope the good old Sainsbury’s van makes it back to old Blighty in one piece, she’s definitely earned a bit of TLC!

Our last week in the US doesn't quite start how we had planned! We get caught out in the path of a tornado with very little warning and it is definitely an experience we won't forget in a hurry! We do manage to make one last stop on our way to the port though, which is an equally memorable experience, but with a lot less worry involved!
