A BIG THANK YOU to TOM from SIX TOWNS LOCKSMITH for coming very quickly to the rescue this morning when one of our cattery locks seized up.

We had 6 very hungry mouths needing access to feed !

Repairing rather than replacing saves £££ - A local post office were having trouble with a security door on one of their booths. After stripping the lock down and diagnosing the problem to be a worn out bolt thrower, the part was quickly replaced and back to work in no time! A brand new replacement lock would of cost the customer around £230! I will always fix the issue the cheapest way when possible! 🔒

Have your doors become increasingly hard to lock or started catching on the frame? This can be due to the change in the weather which causes the expanding or contracting of the door or frame. This problem can be solved with a simple door adjustment - If left untreated the mechanism of the door will eventually fail under the strain its under when locking which will cost a lot more to repair than a door adjustment!
