We can talk about the skill set but I think he don’t get enough credit for not only his sacrifice but also the pressure he been facing. Yes pressure even with how well he preformed this season and playoffs.
He literally saved everything that would’ve went wrong if the Knicks didn’t achieve the bare minimum which was not only go to ECF but to win it.

This is wicked and EVERYONE sees it but the officials.
The beautiful thing about sports is anything can happen but when you control the game with your power to benefit one side makes it distasteful.
Shai is a great player and I understood drawing fouls. That’s an elite skill yet his foul baiting is the craziest thing I ever seen and it actually gets called.
It’s not just the Lakers that were complaining. Everybody is and been complaining for so long.
