REALLY?
CBS News reports a man tried to slither past U.S. border agents in California with fifty-two lizards and snakes hidden in his clothing.
He was driving a truck when he arrived at the San Ysidro border crossing with Mexico and was pulled out for additional inspection, U.S. Customs and Border Protection said in a statement.
Agents found 52 live reptiles tied up in small bags "which were concealed in the man's jacket, pants pockets, and groin area," the statement said.
IN HIS GROIN AREA?
Nine snakes and 43 horned lizards were seized. Some of the species are considered endangered.
The man, identified only as a 30-year-old U.S. citizen, was arrested for the alleged live reptiles smuggling attempt.

MASS CASUALTIES AT HOUSTON, TEXAS MUSIC FESTIVAL.
Furst responders say at least eight people are dead and dozens of others are injured following a surge of the crowd during a performance by rapper Travis Scott at the Astroworld music festival Friday night.
The Associated Press reported that officials declared it a “mass casualty incident.”
The Houston fire chief told reporters that the crowd began to compress toward the front of the stage, which caused some people to panic.
The show was called off shortly after people began suffering injuries.
The fire chief says 17 people were transported to hospitals, including 11 people who were in cardiac arrest.
According to the news outlet, it's unclear if the eight people who died were among the 17 people taken to the hospitals.
More than 300 patients total had been treated at a field hospital since the event began.
An estimated 50,000 people attended the festival.
Drake had also joined Scott on-stage at the concert, which was live-streamed by Apple Music.
Saturday's show has been canceled, the AP reported.

FATHER GETS FIFTY YEARS FOR NEARLY BEATING BABY ADDILYN TO DEATH.
The judge today sentenced Michael Fisher to twenty-five years for attempted murder and twenty five years for aggravated child abuse.
Those sentences are to be served consecutively at one hundred percent.
SO MANY OF YOU HAVE FOLLOWED THE CASE OF BABY ADDILYN.
Fisher, Addilyn's biological father, had pleaded guilty to aggravated child abuse and then at trial in August he was convicted of attempted first-degree murder.
Two-month-old Addilyn was very nearly beaten to death more than two years ago in Lawrence County, Tennessee.
She had fractured bones, bleeding on the brain and doctors did not think Addilyn would last the night.
But, she survived.
To this day Addilyn remains blind from the beating and suffers from brain damage.
But she is a fighter and continues to slowly improve.
She was adopted is now living with a loving family.
Addilyn’s mother Brooklyn Tidwell is charged with aggravated child neglect and stands trial in December.
