Isabella Oatneal
• Age: 6 years old
• Race: Bi-racial female
• Hair: Brown
At approximately 2:45 AM, police were dispatched to the Emerald Edge Apartments off East Second Street in Franklin, Ohio for a 911 open line.
When officers arrived, they located three small children inside the apartment unattended. During the investigation, they determined that a fourth child, Isabella Oatneal, was missing.
Authorities believe Isabella may have left the apartment trying to find her mother.
