BYD’s Yangwang U9X became the world's fastest production electric car, redefining EV hypercars! It achieved 496.22 km/h (308.4 mph), with global production limited to 30 units. The U9X completed a Nordschleife lap in 6:59.157. In Brazil, the model reportedly has only one allocation, which has been secured by a single owner: Leo Sanchez, a Brazilian racing driver and Forbes-listed businessman. BYD, based in Shenzhen, is the world’s largest EV maker.

According to reports, lasers can deliver accurate, continuous strikes and work alongside other air-defense systems to strengthen overall protection. They were featured in this year's China’s V-Day military parade in Beijing and have already been deployed in real combat scenarios.

This ostrich-like robot is a quadrotor bipedal robot developed by Shandong University. Ingeniously merging drone and robotic technologies, it features a rotor-assisted system that enables steady running, diving and jumping. And it boasts exceptional maneuverability thanks to its quadcopter design. It is expected to be applied in high-risk work areas such as underground exploration and mine clearance on abandoned battlefields.

The Shenzhen original dance drama Wing Chun continues its tour in Canada. After the performance concluded, the on-site autograph session with the lead actors drew a huge crowd. A Canadian audience shared that he was deeply touched by the performance, without understanding a word of Chinese.
This original dance drama from Shenzhen will run for 20 consecutive performances in Toronto, with the residency lasting until January 4 next year.

The Guangzhou-Zhanjiang High-Speed Railway (广湛高铁) officially opened to traffic at 10:30 am on December 22. The launch of this line has cut travel time between Guangzhou (广州) and Zhanjiang (湛江) from around 3 hours to about 1.5 hours, with the fastest trip now taking just 1 hour and 32 minutes. This marks a reduction of 61 minutes compared to the previous quickest route via Jiangmen (江门).
