It changed me. I'm not going to say you, I won't give you that power but it changed me. The only thing I can do with that is use that change for the better.

To put my boundaries up and make sure I never ever ever put up with s**t like that again.

I'm trying to love my Self, I mean in the doing sense. I love me but putting it in to practise, doing what's best for me first every day, is hard when you have spent your whole life putting others before you or feeling depressed and guilty because you haven't been able to put others first.

It's very important right now for me to do, I know this, but I still do everything else in a day so that I feel I have been productive before I do me. That's how I was programmed.
