Mediterranean Burrata and Pita Board
Ingredients:
(for a medium sharing board, adjust as needed)
2 fresh burrata balls
2 cups warm pita bread, cut into wedges
1 cup hummus
1 cup tzatziki
1 cup marinated olives
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 roasted red pepper, sliced
½ cup marinated artichoke hearts
½ cup cucumber slices
¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Drizzle of olive oil & balsamic glaze
Directions:
Place burrata balls in the center of the board and drizzle lightly with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Arrange pita wedges around the board.
Fill small bowls with hummus and tzatziki, then place on the board.
Surround with olives, cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, artichokes, cucumber, and sun-dried tomatoes.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately for dipping and sharing.
