Here’s a little sneak peek from an exclusive tasting I was invited to at Michael Dubois Restaurant last week. I had the chance to chat with Chef Michael Dubois himself and try his incredible Asian-French fusion creations!

The course meal featured the Crispy Rice with Ahi Tuna, the melt-in-your-mouth Aged Wagyu Beef, and the flavorful Steak Halibut. And the desserts? Wow! The Crème Brûlée Grand-Mère Style was insanely good, so smooth and creamy that I couldn’t stop eating it. And ‘When Sakura Flowers Veil Your Senses’ was just as beautiful as it sounded.

It was a dining experience that blended Asian flavors and French finesse in the most delicious way.

I’ll share more soon on my vlog, but if you’re curious, mark your calendars! Michael Dubois Restaurant officially opens on Tomorrow, July 2nd. Reserve your table and get ready for something special!

Checked out Heavenly Desserts by Chef Jeng Sy Flores, and yes, my hair matched the café so I was basically part of the decor 💕😂

Not gonna lie, I came for the desserts but ended up loving the food too!

Pino Restaurant in Maginhawa serves Filipino fusion dishes.
Some were classics with a twist and others were totally new to us.

They also have vegetarian offerings through Pipino Veg, their partner brand that serves plant-based Pinoy dishes.

The space is also cozy and perfect for gatherings and events.
