ATLANTA — Created to support women on their wellness and self-care journeys, we recognized early on that Black women—often juggling multiple roles—tend to pour into everyone else more than themselves. In response, we made it our mission to create intimate, intentional spaces that prioritize rest and restoration.

We kicked off our very first staycation experience at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead, and it was everything we hoped for: restorative, healing, and peaceful. Each woman who joined us was welcomed with warmth, surrounded by positive energy, and reminded that she is safe to just be. We are honored to hold space for Black women to rest. ❤️

✨What’s your favorite Trini dish?✨

We found a gem in Atlanta worth raving about Miss Conduck Atl, a new mother & daughter Caribbean fusion restaurant bringing traditional flavors straight from Trinidad 🇹🇹 to the city!

🥙 Major tip: Try the doubles — they’re a must!
🥗 Loved the Island Avocado Salad (add protein for the perfect lunch!)
🍰 And the carrot cake? Surprisingly a standout — and we NEVER say that!

🎉 Bonus: FREE parking + hookah-free vibes make this the perfect chill spot for date night or a girls’ night out.

Support Black-owned, women-led businesses doing it right with flavor, vibes, and top-tier service. Add this to your foodie list!
