St Louis Style Dry Rub Smoked Ribs
This is my favorite way make ribs! Here's the ingredients for the rub:
4lbs of St Louis Style Ribs
1/4 cup of brown sugar
2 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil
1 tbsp cayenne pepper

Mind Blown In New York City
This is our third time visiting New York City together so we did some different experiences while we were there. Champagne toast at The Edge, Summit did not disappoint, and the Big Bus tours are always great. It was a great way to celebrate our anniversary.

There's A Waterfall In Florida?
I heard there was a waterfall in Jacksonville, Florida so we went to find it. The rest of the day was pretty great too!

If you're looking for the Jacksonville "waterfall" it's easy to find in Bulls Bay Preserve. Just follow the signs that say waterfall. It's a half mile loop but there's a few miles of trails to also hike in Bulls Bay. There are no bulls and it's not a bay but the water is in fact falling.
