Captain's Log #0001:

As my journey to explore the unknown continues, I pause to take in a breathtaking sunrise. After a decade spent charting the distant edges of the Freestar Collective, I am still awestruck by the beauty the universe unfolds before us.

Captain’s Log # 0003

Today marks a historic and awe-inspiring moment in human exploration. As part of the The Constellation, I, my 2nd in command Sarah embarked to the planet Nesoi. After what we found to be strange man-made rock formations on the moon Dionysus, we got immediately excited. We took off from orbit and made an initial scan from it’s neighboring planet Nesoi. Our instruments detected a series of anomalous energy patterns emanating from the planet. These patterns only occur when there is biological life present.

Upon landing we found a planet teemed with life. Minus one civilian outpost, this planet was mostly filled with fauna that resembled something out of Jurassic Park. We covered every single biome and found it to be a fascinating planet. It had everything you need, breathable air, oceans, dense forests, and even a hot and humid savanna. We did, however, happen to find a cave with the same rock formations as we found on the Dionysus. Though no other evidence was found of what these are, or who put them there. We just know that at some point in time, this intelligent species may have once made Nesoi their home.

Still all we have to go on is the mysterious piece of metal that is currently sitting at the Lodge and these rock formations that are trying to tell us a story of who these beings were…….

Captain’s Log # 0002:
While making my way to Aion in the Olympus star system my ship received a distress call from the planet Ourea. I spoke to my 2nd in command Sarah and she urged us to break away from our surveying and see what this call is about. We leave Nesoi’s orbit and move to Ourea. We found the location of the distress on a farm outpost owned by Alban Lopez, who happens to be one of the founders of LIST, known as The League of Independent Settlers. He told us that he would need assistance in dismantling the Spacers who in turn destroyed the communication satellites that allowed the other members of LIST to communicate. We agreed.

Alban wasn’t wrong as we headed to the first comm satellite to repair, we were met with a large force of Spacers who proved to be a match to me and my crew. Alban responded that we must help the last members of LIST to form an alliance to rid the galaxy of the Spacers. After meeting with the group, it was determined that in order for us to rid the spacers, we need to hit at them with full force.
Sources reported that the spacers have hunkered down on a derelict starstation orbiting Thanatos’s moon. It will not be an easy flight as we make our way to the starstation. We will be met with full force of the spacer fleet.

….”fast forward log…..”

Ships destroyed…we board the station…..a fight breaks out…..we are pinned down……mayday….mayday…

With help of LIST reinforcements, we slowly make our way across the station. The station is ours, we looked out the windows of the star station as the last remaining forces of the spacers retreats out of the star system.

While victory may be ours today, Alban and the members LIST know they will regroup and return. With a heartfelt thank you and goodbye, we told Ablan if for any reason they need an alley, me and my crew will be there.

End of log…….

Captains Log #0001:

Since I joined The Constellation, there has been a gut feeling in the pit of my stomach that I must travel to the Olympus star system. Reports of possible intelligent life well beyond our intelligence may of made their way there in the distant past. Are these our ancestors, or just fabled stories of lonely space explorers?

Sarah and I landed near the gas giant Aion. With the four moons orbiting around the planet, only one moon, Dionysus, showed a promising sign of intelligent life either hidden from view or a species from our past.

We found strange rock formations that appear to resemble aquatic life once found on Earth. Are these rock formations natural, or where these carved and placed there for a reason? Why do these rock formations look so much like a whale?

After exhausting our resources and not finding any more evidence of life, we are making our way off this hostile environment and head towards the next planet, Nesoi. There is civilian outpost nestled on the northern side. Maybe I'll find some answers there.

Ship log, please set a reminder for me to return back to Dionysus. I must take more samples and pictures of these strange formations.

While surveying the moon Dionysus, I came across a cluster of weird rock formations. Are these natural, or was this the work of an intelligent species?

No matter how big or small the planets or moons are in there is a frontier just waiting to be discovered.
