Who am I?

My journey has been shaped by a variety of experiences—from working in education and disability advocacy to career development. I am neurodivergent and have been a lifelong student of mysticism, energy practices and systems thinking. I am deeply inspired by our interconnectivity. I bring this perspective into my work. I have led groups and provided accountability support with a metaphysical twist. I have accessed group dynamics for years as an avenue for transmutation and healing. Over time, I have learned a thing or two from these experiences about what has worked well for me and my fellow energy travelers. This work of being human is evolving. Many of us have energetic possibilities that border on Chi Mastery. We could use a lot more Chi Masters in these times.

Culturally, I come from a lineage of Creole healers from southwest Louisiana. Living amongst healing of this type taught me that there are options for release and growth that come from the land and the energy that exist between and within us.

Out of all of the healing work and alternative practices that I have accessed over the years, the most potent were the ones that were transpersonal in nature: various forms of breathwork, (holotropic and a type of breathwork that was facilitated by a talented medium,) energy healing by natural born healers and group dynamics led by teachers that were about developing your intuition and your own healing abilities.

The thing that rang true for me were the energy-related practices that were done collectively. I found myself able to pull myself out of a downward spiral more quickly and in many cases, stop anxiety before it could take hold and disrupt my life. The knot in my stomach became something I could unwind and disippate. A certain visualization made it easier for me to see a possibility. The swirl of warmth at my heart let me know that something real and alchemical was going on.

We are stronger together, y'all.

I'm fresh from a group experience feeling ever so otherworldly. My guide took us on a journey through the body and into a frequency meant to open the group into our sexual life force energy. I went some place that I have no words for.
As she ended the guidance and was ready to share or ask if anyone else wanted to share, her mic went haywire and distorted the sound of her voice. Maybe we didn't wanna come back? Or, maybe we had become so attuned to our collective sexual life force energy that the universe said, "No words. Feel." We signed off sending hearts across the our Zoom screens.

As I sit here, I hear a loud silence. The loud sound of space. Interesting.
