Two weeks in on the East 2 West Racing GT4 series and 2 wins for Old Guy Ron Giovo. Fellow Old Guy TJ Ahlman is also piling up the wins in the East 2 West Racing Track Series with 2 in a row of his own in the Porsche 992 at Long Beach and the Miata MX-5 at Red Bull Ring. This weekend Old Guys TJ, Ron and Mooney will be tackling the Sebring 12 hour which will be live on Bigg Wizurd TV. tv.wizurdracing.com
East 2 West Racing League is in full swing this week with all three series running league races, and the GT3 series coming up on it's season finale. The new series in the league is the Road Racing East Series which is being run Thursday evenings with the GT4 cars. With the recent release of the GT4 Aston Martin in iRacing the series now includes 4 different cars, with BMW, Porsche, McLaren and Aston Martin represented. Ron Giovo has jumped out to the early season lead winning the first two races at Red Bull Ring and the new Winton Raceway. In other news, TJ Ahlman is gaining momentum on Ron in the Wednesday Track Series West Championship with a victory in the MX-5's this week and only 2 races to go. Only 9 of the 12 races count and Ron sits with 4 series wins and TJ with 3, the series is heating up for a dynamic finish at the last race in the Porsche 992 Cup cars at Red Bull Ring. Last but not least, the season finale of the East 2 West GT3 Challenge Season 4 is on tap for Sunday night. Drivers will be running a double as the 100 minute finale will be live on Bigg Wizurd TV at 9:00 pm ET. Double time, double points, and double bonuses for the GT3 finale which makes this championship still in contention. Can Morgan Tegey finish it off with a podium finish following his impressive 7 race win streak? Are Brandon Duley and Julian Lockwood close enough to make a move?
