Social media is one of those amazing things that brings people together and I'm delighted to have found a friend in her . The chats and life experiences since I first began this has been one of many changes and it brings me great delight to see such an amazing process like Dara Jan's one ... Sometimes it takes a person to see something in each other to open up to and if there's one like her our story our country would listen to the bravery it takes to speak up .no matter what 🥰 the world truly holds the bravest of people and they have the loudest of voices and they need to be heard so openly .and you don't let anything stop you .

She amazed the judges on Britain's and Ireland's got talent with such a voice as big as her heart and courage 💪 I stand behind that courage and bravery and I'm honoured to be given the chance to do such an amazing interview .

We will be chatting about educating the Irish nation the world and sharing an amazing story I knew I had to grab her for a chat .. and she said yes. 💃

✨I cannot put into words the ripples of change that will happen getting together to team up for a joint live podcast for **ksMoreS** chats in person with with these 2 local powerhouses of fellow mothers & fitness women 🥰speaking openly on their own social media platforms there greatest and strongest moments 💪 The highs and lows and Gains for change they are making online and in themselves ❤️✨

It's true what they say sometimes the biggest weights you will ever lift is the weight of the world on your shoulders and in your head 💯 and speaking openly we can end stigma and educate more ❤️ and our little town has so many people that will get behind these ladies to applaud them in honour of that were going live on Facebook for this one so it can be heard live to each one of you 🥰❤️🎙️

When I thought of doing a podcast on mental health and the connection between fitness no matter on whatever level you commit to .I knew I had to get these two together and I'm feeling so humble to honour 2 local people in my bid to get people to embrace who they are 🎙️🌟

It was seeing a comment on each others posts that the light bulb went on and I messaged them after i knew I had to make it happen 🙏 magic and amazing chats will be had with these 2 👍 both Tara Garvey & Carla Brauders speak open about so much it's truly one not to be missed.

Thank you both so much for agreeing my notions possibly seem crazy to others but I'm so excited I had to share this one ❤️🎙️

I'm Izzy and the woman behind the pod Less F**ksMoreS** the fact Facebook stopped me from sharing that title is a bigger encouragement to keep talking in a way it's a metaphor for the nation that shys away from speaking up , speaking out and not sugar coating the issues that need to spoken about with a lot of love and passion behind them ❤️

I'm 30 and a mother of one and a dog if u count a fur baby.. I'm a independent model insta blogger a writer of all things sexual empowerment ,body empowerment and a massive Russel brand fan 👍🙋 I'm a fierce feisty woman who's motto is why blend in when your born to stand out . I've even it tattooed on me. I'm a partner and too many things to share without labelling myself every stereotype or label to name . I'm a fond lover of the weird & Quirky I've done a lot of things over the years and it's time I felt I should share what makes me me and inspires me . I'm plant based over 18 months now and I'm a champion of the Quirky dynamic unconventional things and people who are found in the most amazing ways that give something and everything back these people work with people for people no CEO of Jobs there currency is the magic they share and get back ❤️
The down to earth and I truly believe everyone takes something from someone or a lesson a little magic or a little empowerment a little tip shared or a reason everyone I've met has led me to this or inspired that dream for myself I had to share these amazing people , ways of life , places and things .lifestyles and jobs ❤️

Everyone who has given me back something of myself as I refound everything and strarted from scratch or asked advice for myself .. I've given advice . There's not a topic I wont shy away from to encourage the tide of openess to happen .Truly the dream is to work somewhere in the field of what I know not from a college degree but real life the topics I talk about the people I speak to they all are someway a passion or a personal champion of the things I empower myself with.

I don't ask for anything just that you come as you are . Be yourself .everyones welcome be kind and if u have 10 mins a day spend it on yourself and divulge in some self love or speaking kindness to yourself .❤️

I'm always a champion of a good chat and some weird advice trust me .. there's nothing yet I've batted an eyelid at 😂 if there's any topics you want covered any guest suggestions or even just a little tale or book suggestions I've left my email address open quite old fashioned way of going about it but that's quite me ❤️🥰
