Note: in the Valley of Death i use monsters encounters to avoid "forced" battles but it's no better
with the Cross in hand Link can now see invisiable Moas but before heading for the Valley of Death Link grabs some 1-UP dolls and some points the Link faces the Merciless Valley of Death after surviving Link enter the Great Palace to face Thunderbird & Dark Link to win the Triforce of Courge to awaken Zelda!
Notes: I use the rewind fetaure quite alot in this part due to overwelling volume of fails & the number F🤬ing Red Fokkas that aprear in the place of Red Jars
Disclaimer: most of my playthroughs use restore points, rewind features and save slates (And it's justified in a Nintendo Hard Game like this one) (especially when played on the Nintendo Switch Online and some deaths will be kept in and others will be edited out)
