✅ In certain cases, you can even get interior access before bidding.

✅ Very straightforward process with a support team that helps facilitate your purchase.

✅ Tons of properties selling at deep discounts.

✅ More hands-on and communicative than most sites. Example: when I didn’t hit the reserve price, they emailed me directly asking for my “highest and best.”
