Dear Nigerians 🇳🇬,

I commend you all for your energy during this election, the campaigns for the right leader, the prayer challenge & vote.

I have been glued to my phone and TV following up on results from the polling units and events and the effort I see Nigerians put into this election, I haven’t seen anything like this before.

But, “the battle isn't over till it's over.” Despite the noise, campaigns, votes, and posting content of votes and results of the polling unit, let’s not forget what the Bible says in Romans 9:16

“So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that showeth mercy.”~Romans‬ ‭9‬:‭16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

We have all done our parts that are needed, but now is not the time to relax. Now is the time to be intense about God’s mercy guys, cause if we don’t cry out for mercy, judgment will prevail!!!

Enough of the elections being rigged, enough of wrong leaders winning, enough of Nigerians suffering and being deprived of our rights. But remember, “it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that showeth mercy.”

DO NOT STOP PRAYING!

“Your position in life doesn't exclude you from needing therapy!”

Therapy is not stigmatization. It does not mean you are mad or have mental issues.
It just means you are concerned with your mental health and want to stay fit the same way you stay fit physically by eating daily, going to the gym, or even doing a regular body checkup.

We all need THERAPY to stay sound mentally and if you're lucky to get one, please do. Well, if you are not there are many online therapy platforms. Just a pity I don't know any as I am in search of one too ☹️.
