I used to rely on memory, sticky notes, and last-minute reminders… and somehow still forgot the one thing I swore I’d remember. 😅

There was a time I felt like I was just surviving the days.
Going to work, delivering mail, coming home exhausted—mentally, physically, emotionally.

So I started writing things down.

I’m still a mail lady.
Still walking routes, still delivering letters, still pushing through the quiet moments no one sees.

But in between all that—I’ve been building something that means the world to me.

When I moved to the US and started living alone, I was struggling.
Mentally, emotionally, and in ways I didn’t have words for yet.
So I started writing things down—
Not to fix everything, but just to feel again.
To process. To breathe. To stay.

That’s how my healing started.
And eventually, that’s what led to my podcast.
And then… to ButterflyDreams.co—
A brand born from those pages I once cried on.

I create journals, planners, and notebooks not because life is perfectly sorted now,

Ahhhhhh finally after MONTHS in the making and all the struggle behind the scenes i published new notebooks and more in my online store!!!!!!! So blessed for my virtual assistant and how hard she works behind the scenes to make my dreams come true. 🥰😍🥰

I have taken a break from Podcasting and social media promoting my stuff just because of a family emergency that's going to have me to go to Puerto Rico at the end of the month. Mentally and emotionally I haven't been ok for a month or so with worry and anxiety so I have been trying my best to be sane as much as possible. All of this to say is not the end of the podcast and there are a lot of episodes me interviewing people about their trauma, their struggles, their victories and more. As I get ready for this trip and taking things off my list I will be feeling better to be back recording interviews and bringing back awesome conversations on how other people or even myself is surviving this thing called life. Work and life has been crazy and I have other things going on and for that I have taken a break of the podcast and other stuff. So no episodes this week I don't know when I will be back to recording interviews or doing solo episodes. 😭
