"Chin Community, USA operates to preserve and promote Chin Literature and Culture; enhance educational opportunities and the social welfare of the Chin Community; support those who suffer from losses and are in grieve; reward those who have achieved excellence in their pursuits and encourage any Chin person residing in the United States of America to be responsible citizens. The ongoing objective of CCUSA is to preserve unity and growth among the Chins. We aim to achieve this objective by hosing Chin New Year Festival annually. During this festival, CCUSA is able to accomplish its mission through sports competitions, seminars on current ongoing issues in relation to the Chin people to bring an awareness, educational advocacy by awarding scholarship to those pursing higher education and promoting literature and culture through poetry and art competitions. Furthermore, there are also traditional dance competitions, costume shows, concerts, pageants, and fundraises for those in needs within the community and Chin State, Myanmar."
