chili recipe:
3Ib organic Ground Beef
1 large onion diced
7 garlic cloves minced
3 tsp cumin powder
3 tsp chili powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried oregano
3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
15 oz black beans, drained & rinsed
7 small diced tomatoes (as tiny as possible for the kids)
1 small can of tomato sauce

Instructions:
I cooked the beef in a pan first and then put all of the ingredients in the crockpot on low for 4 hours

Served in bowls with toppings!
toppings:
��diced avocado
��sour cream
��Mexican cheese
��diced white onion
��tortilla chips

Tastes even better the next day 😉

I won’t forget just how lucky ✨we are✨

So many new faces here so I thought I’d introduce myself again 🤍

✨ I married my high school sweetheart, Kieran, and we’ve been together since we were 17 years old with a brief break up in college. We’ve been together more years than we haven’t been together

✨ I’m a stay at home mom to 5 kids 9 and under

✨ Jersey born and raised 🇺🇸

✨ We always said we wanted a big family since day 1! Kieran wanted 5 kids and I wanted 4, but after Aurora I wanted her to have a sister because I never had one growing up

✨ I’m an only child

✨ I’m a combination of type A and type B! I like everything to have a place and be organized in my house, but I’m also pretty laid back and don’t sweat the small stuff

✨ If there’s clutter in my house my brain cannot function correctly until it’s put away

✨ I’m a potty-train-before-2, sleep training mom and don’t co sleep, but I respect everyone’s way of parenting! Gotta do what you feel is best for your family 😴

✨ I’m making up this parenting thing as I go just like everyone else

✨ I don’t drink coffee ☕ (shocking for a mom of 5, I know)

✨ If I sit down, someone immediately needs me (without fail)

✨ I talk about homeschooling the kids every single day of my life so maybe one day I’ll bite the bullet

✨ I’ve never met a champagne I didn’t like – wine is cool too 🥂

✨ my husband and I have taken *at least* one trip without the kids every single year since we’ve been married - work hard - play hard 🌴

✨ I’m happiest when my whole crew is together, even in the chaos

So many new faces here so I thought I’d introduce myself again 🤍

✨ I married my high school sweetheart, Kieran, and we’ve been together since we were 17 years old with a brief break up in college

✨ I am a stay at home mom of 5 under 8 years old

✨ Jersey born and raised 🇺🇸

✨ We always said we wanted a big family since day 1

✨ I would say that I am a scrunchy mom - a little crunchy & a little silky - the kind that buys mostly organic food, but will crush a Big Mac here and there

✨ We try to eat dinner together as a family even with all of the chaos & activities that come with having so many kids 🍽️

✨ I’m a sleep training mom and don’t co sleep, but I respect everyone’s way of parenting! Gotta do what you feel is best for your family 💤

✨ I try to go to the gym at least 2 times a week for my own self care since I’m always with my kids

✨ I would definitely say I’m more of a grey SUV mom - not fully white SUV or black SUV - I def like an aesthetic home, but a little bit of a hot mess 🤪

✨ I’ve never met a champagne I didn’t like - wine is cool too 🥂

Some Christmas magic ✨

I wanted this Christmas to be *perfect* since it was our first Christmas as a complete family of 7 so when I woke up Christmas morning with mastitis I was devastated! BUT the kids had a magical day surrounded by family which is the point!

It was so sweet to see each of them come lay with me, give me a kiss on the forehead and being so gentle with me just how I would take care of them when they get sick… and that right there is the magic of Christmas!

Beckham even lost his first tooth Christmas morning so we got a visit from the tooth fairy!
