Stepping onto a stage still feels surreal sometimes.
But here’s what I’ve learned:

Belonging starts long before the mic turns on.
It begins the moment you decide your story, your work, and your voice deserve to be heard.

I talk about the things I love—events, clarity, connection—because they’ve shaped me.
But the real message is this:

If you feel called to share something that matters…
you already belong up there.

Keep going.
Your stage is waiting.

reflections:

As I walked the show floor camera in hand, capturing short form content for my client... I couldn’t help but notice how every detail told a story about human connection.

☕ A simple coffee cup brought back memories of my NYC mornings, when connection started with conversation over caffeine.

💀 A Liquid Death sticker reminded me how bold branding can spark instant recognition and emotion.

🔖 The dog tags from Constellation Brands tied my home life to the experience in an unexpected way, a small token that made the moment personal.

👋 And then there was Jay, a familiar face in a sea of thousands proof that no matter how big the industry feels, it’s always smaller than we think.

This is why I love what I do... capturing not just booths and activations, but the stories behind them.

It all started at the Aligned & Affirmed retreat in February... We go again this coming January!

What if the only thing standing between you and your next stage of growth… was giving yourself permission?

Too often we wait thinking we need another strategy, another plan, or more proof we’re ready. But clarity doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from pausing, aligning, and choosing to move forward differently.

That’s why I created the Aligned & Affirmed Winter Retreat (Jan 9–11, 2026 in Chattanooga). Three days for women entrepreneurs and leaders to step away from the noise, reset their mindset, and return with confidence, clarity, and a vision for what’s next.

I felt called to write about this after a deep reflection yesterday evening. I'm creating and building and doing big things.

The imposter syndrome likes to creep in and I am lucky enough to have tools to bring me back. So let me share this with you...

Those big feelings are when you finally realize…you’re not at the finish line.

You’re at the starting line of your next level.
Last year, I was questioning everything.

But I kept showing up. Quietly. Consistently.
Now, I look back with pride… and forward with fire.

Because this? This is only the beginning.
