Today kicks off Pain Awareness Month, which raises public awareness around pain and pain management. More than 50 million people in the U.S. live with chronic pain. I am one of those 50 million people.
As I type this, I can feel pain shooting down my fingers. My rheumatoid arthritis makes my hands hurt and my feet hurt and well, basically everything hurt.
