When people ask what I do, I usually put it this way: I work with industrial electric motors ranging from common HVAC condenser fan motors to machines the size of cars.

Based on the look I get, I think some assume I am exaggerating. Lol 🤷‍♂️

Well, I finally found a photo in my archive with FIVE of them to prove it! 🚗🚗🚗🚗🚗

This was back in 2019 during a site visit to review critical spare orders at a steel facility. What a blessing it was to get to witness this operation.

✈️ NextGen Eagles in Action! 🦅

It was a blast watching the NextGen Eagles take flight at the North Little Rock Air Show. Their cool maneuvers and aerial stunts brought so much energy to the event. Seeing these talented pilots showcase their skills and love for aviation was a real highlight!

I believe this plane is a T-6 Texan, famously nicknamed The Pilot Maker. If so this American single-engine advanced trainer played a pivotal role in preparing pilots for combat during World War II and remained in service into the 1970s. Used by over 50 countries, the T-6 served not only as a trainer but also as a forward air controller and light attack aircraft.

While it wasn’t as fast as fighter planes, its exceptional maneuverability provided a challenging training environment, enabling a smooth transition to more powerful and sophisticated aircraft.

✈️ The Wabbit Expwess 🐰 – A Piece of History in the Skies!

Another highlight of theNorth Little Rock Airshow was seeing The Wabbit Expwess, an iconic C-47 Skytrain. This aircraft has an incredible history—originally designed for military transport during World War II, the C-47 played a critical role in the Allied war effort. Known for its durability and versatility, it transported troops, supplies, and even performed medical evacuations.

Its most famous mission? Dropping paratroopers during the D-Day invasion!

Seeing a piece of aviation history like this is a great reminder of the incredible legacy these planes carry and the stories they’ve witnessed over the years.

The family and I had an amazing time at the North Little Rock Airshow last weekend, where I had the honor of photographing Stephen Covington and his awesome performance in the Pitts Fury! @ SRC Airshows

Aviation has always been a passion of mine. Some time after school I decided I wanted to join the Air Force to become a pilot, but life had other plans. My eyesight wasn’t quite good enough, and by the time I got Lasik, my path had already shifted in a different direction. While I never got to sit in the pilot's seat, I’ve found a new way to embrace that passion—through photography.

This is just the beginning—I've got more incredible shots from the show that I can’t wait to share!

Before heading out I stopped at Workman's Travel Center, the place that keeps me going. I’m a little picky on the fuel I use and appreciate how they keep their tanks clean. And yes, I got the !🌮
