Add dates powder or grind soft dates & a little ghee to the mixture & make soft Laddu
This way you can have Nuts & Seeds Laddu for you & your little ones

🌼 This powder can also be used in our diet
🌼 Do not grind it finely in one go else dry fruits release oil so grind
🌼 Always make a small batch & use within a week
🌼 You can add dates powder , roasted Makhana powder & chana powder
to this mixture and make an Instant Cerelac when you travel
(Do not offer this Cerelac daily)
🌼 if your kid is 2+ and can easily have soaked nuts then you can avoid this powder

These recipes are enjoyed by my whole family not just my baby
So save & share this post & make mornings delicious.

If your babies are below one year
Then avoid salt sugar & chillies

* Moong lauki cheela is a great way to add protein in your baby’s diet also a nice finger food option

* instant Rava idli is our go to option but it has baking soda so I make once in a week (babies below 1 year try once in a month)

* paneer poha is just to make our regular poha more nutritious & protein packed
( sticky texture is good for kids )

* paneer veg pulav is also our favourite & my baby dislikes veggies so it’s a nice way to add vegetables in his diet.

* Fermented Rahi dal rice idli is super healthy and way more delicious than the instant one so my whole family loves it equally.
