"As of the July 2020 survey, practicing Christians—self-identified Christians who say their faith is very important in their lives and have attended a worship service within the past month—are no more likely to acknowledge racial injustice (43% “definitely”) than they were the previous summer. There is actually a significant increase in the percentage of practicing Christians who say race is “not at all” a problem in the U.S. (19%, up from 11% in 2019). Among self-identified Christians alone, a similar significant increase occurs (10% in 2019, 16% in 2020)."
Barna Group llevó a cabo un estudio con una muestra de 1,625 personas de diferente demógraficos pero principalmente puestas como Cristiana, que refleja un comportamiento interesante de cómo la población Cristiana está reflejando el tema del racismo y la opresión a grupos minoritarios, y nos da una idea de como se siente la población creyente con respecto a estos temas, en este caso en los Estados Unidos.
Este tema como Adventista y/o Cristiano es importante y con una aplicación contextual a historias de la Biblia. ¿Será importante reflejar un punto, o no es mejor mantenernos neutral?
