💙 Prostate cancer is not just a man’s battle it’s a family journey.

In this week’s episode, I sat down with a husband and wife who opened their hearts about life after his prostate cancer surgery. He shared how his wife’s support gave him strength—and his powerful reminder for men everywhere: go get checked. Early detection saves lives.

🎙 Coming this week: The Stories of Ha’Nya, Chloe & Kyle

Three mothers.
Three beautiful souls.
Three lives gone far too soon… but never forgotten. 💔

🌸 She is forever 23.
Ha’Nya — my only child, my baby. She had a beautiful voice and a love for singing that filled every room with joy. She brought life to the house, loved to laugh at my silly moments, and would often curl up next to me just to be close. She adored her family, friends, and God babies — even buying a cake and balloons just because one got potty trained. That was her heart. I miss her deeply.

💚 She is forever 15.
Chloe — the witty, brilliant, panda-loving gamer with a piano at her fingertips and a camera in her hands. A traveler, a dancer, a freshman with dreams and a light so bright her friends and teachers adored her. She was her mom’s everything.

🏀 He is forever loved.
Kyle — the gentle, generous, basketball-loving sneakerhead with a vision for the future. A college player, a young businessman, wise with money, and always ready to make you laugh. His hugs, his jokes, his peaceful presence — irreplaceable.

In this episode, I sit with Kendra, Clotea, and myself as we share our children’s laughter, dreams, and legacies… and the deep ache of learning to live without them.

Because to speak their names is to keep them alive. 🌟

📍The month of May is MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS month. Take care of your mental health. It’s ok to talk to a trusted loved one or professional about how you feel. Regular exercise and eating the right foods also help. Do not isolate yourself but stay in touch with your friends and family who promote healthy connections. Stay away from people and things that may trigger negative emotions.
