He never smoked nor drank, never hung around street corners or had fights with the neighborhood toughs, and was and is one of the quietest boys you ever saw. He doesn't speak very much about his fights when he is home. l'm so surprised at his success - it came so fast - l don't know what to think. One night, after a fight, he came home and said: 'Mama, l think that guy knocked my teeth out.' But l got a Iot of confidence now. l know what he can do.' l get terribIy nervous when l read in the papers about how good the man is Joe's going to fight. But my boy wins every time, and now l got a Iot of confidence in him. He teIephones me or sends a teIegram after every fight. l reaIIy didn't want him to fight. Someone posted this recipe on another page, and I can already see myself overeating when I make it! It’s so good!! The recipe is: 1 cup of mozzarella, 1 cup of parmesan, 1 egg—mix well, sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with Pam. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes (I used 12 minutes or until the edges start to brown), then turn on the broiler for 1 minute. Take it out of the oven and enjoy! It also works as a pizza crust. Ingredients
½ pound white American cheese , cubed
¼ cup whole milk
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
