The Tendrils of Power Kickstarter Ends in less than 48 hours!

There are only a few days left to back Tendrils of Power, the sequel to Tomb of the Undying Empress!

Written for Pathfinder 2 and 5e, this 5th level adventure is packed with cult conspiracies, investigations and dangerous fights.
It also serves direct continuation of the Undying Empress storyline (From a previously Kickstarted adventure), but can be played on its own.

Hey (I've never used this tag, so please forgive me).

It’s finally here - the new Kickstarter is live!
Tendrils of Power is a full-length adventure for 5e and PF2e, and the sequel to Tomb of the Undying Empress that was successfully kickstarted two years ago, and delivered early. This time, the heroes must uncover a dangerous cult, face corrupted leaders, and stop a horrific entity from rising.

I’d love your help spreading the word. If you’ve ever backed, played, or supported indie TTRPGs, please check it out, share it, or tag someone who’d love a fresh adventure!

An adventure for 4-6 5th-level heroes for either or both systems (Pathfinder Second Edition and 5th Edition).

At Beyond the Horizon, we like to cooperate with other small publishers. And here is one of those collaborations between Kim and James.

Quick Quests are the perfect launchers for a new group of beginner adventurers. The quests are connected to a town, a possible home for the budding problem solvers.

“Please Kill the Rats in My Cellar” - and other starting quests for beginner heroes. is set in the Four Nations of Glokstun and has a vermin theme.

Quest 1 - Please Kill the Rats in My Cellar - after enjoying a meal, the owner of the inn has a proposal for free room and board for the week. This quest also allows the adventurers to learn of the other available quests, seeds to earn a name within the community. (Combat Challenge with a possible Role-Playing Challenge)

Quest 2 - Root of the Problem - an irksome wild boar has been causing havoc with the local farmers. (Chase Challenge ending in a Combat Challenge)

Quest 3 - Shadows in the Deep - a troop of kobolds has found a flicker of faith... and the resolve to vanquish non-believers. (Skill Challenge, which could result in a Combat Challenge)

Quest 4 - Upon Wings, They Came - a pleasant swimming hole becomes the hunting ground for winged terror. (Combat Challenge)

Quest 5 - The Testing Grounds - a wizard hopes to find some young adventurers hungry to learn and earn. (a combined Skill and Combat Challenge)

Now is your chance! We're continuing our quarterly tradition at Beyond the Horizon and releasing our 7th FREE adventure (we do them for both 5e and PF2, and you'll get both) — all that's needed for you to get it is to sign up for our newsletter!

The first adventure of 2024 is The Hidden Library, where the heroes will need to find the Baobab of Wonders and retrieve or destroy one of the ancient tomes within. Will they be able to overcome the guardians or will they disappear like those before them?

Each release contains both the adventure and a separate bestiary so that the GM won't need to look up monsters in different places and can focus on the action at hand.
