It's been two days since I commited to be serious again sa quiet time ko with the Lord. And within those two days, lahat na lang ng tactics ginawa ng kaaway para I will be discouraged again.

My fuse ran out and I exploded with anger. My past traumas sprung up again and asked Him. "Why? Why am I born in this family? Why is she my mother? Why was I even born at all?" It was an hour long crying fest or even more.

Then I remember, yes, the enemy works hard but God works harder.

He gave me comfort after everything that happened. He reminded me that healing is possible even when I feel like it is out of reach.

I am not there yet, I am not fully healed but I know God is with me during this journey.

This journey of patience, forgiveness and healing.

"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Psalms 34:18

🅖🅞🅓 🅕🅘🅡🅢🅣

Yesterday morning, I was studying Matthew Chapter 6. Matthew 6:33 especially spoke to me: 'Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.'

Last night, God immediately put me to the test. There was a situation where I had to choose between a work opportunity and an opportunity to serve Him.

It's funny how God works sometimes!

It was a difficult internal battle, but I chose to prioritize God, and everything else worked out well. I didn't explicitly decline the opportunity, but it eventually went to someone else. Maybe they needed it more than I did. 💕

Matthew 6 taught us na dili mabalaka sa atong financial status. All we have to do is 'Seek God first and everything will follow'. Dili gyud diay maayu nga ipriority natu ato trabaho. Ang Ginoo dapat ang priority. Great reminder as a teacher na hapit na ang opening of classes!

To my husband,

I am grateful for your support whenever I am at my lowest. While we may not be perfect as humans, I still cherish our journey together as we grow in the Lord.

You are God's gift to me, a partner forever as long as I live in this world. I love you, and one day isn't enough to celebrate this love.

Galatians 6:1-6

Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently. But watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted. Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. If anyone thinks they are something when they are not, they deceive themselves. Each one should test their own actions. Then they can take pride in themselves alone, without comparing themselves to someone else, for each one should carry their own load. Nevertheless, the one who receives instruction in the word should share all good things with their instructor.
