⭐💥 Making the outer blister bubble (from a Star Wars figure.) ⭐💥

- Find a figure with the correct size blister bubble (*Star Wars 'Rebel Soldier' 40th Anniversary 6" figure.)

- Mix a small amount of two-part Craft Epoxy Resin. 1:1

- Add a small resin layer to the blister bubble to begin with.

- Wait for the resin to set then glue down items (*playing cards) which will add volume and save on resin.

- Add the rest of the Craft Epoxy Resin so it covers the playing cards and fills the original blister bubble.

- Once set, cut away the original bubble plastic. You'll be left with a resin mould copy to vacuum form.

- Vacuum form 0.5mm PETG plastic around your resin mould. I'm using a Mayku FormBox Desktop Vacuum Forming Machine. *(DIY oven vacuum forming kits are available.)

- Remove the resin mould. You'll be left with a 0.5mm outer blister bubble! Success!
