What happens when grooming is recognized as a career worth investing in?
At 32, Caitlin Dwyer thought she had aged out of most grants and scholarships. Then she discovered the new World Class Grooming Career Development Grant.
As its first recipient, Caitlin will receive $5,000 and a mentorship opportunity with Sharon White’s team, helping her take the next step toward a full-time career as a professional groom.
Her story is a great example of what can happen when grooms have opportunities to keep learning, developing their skills, and building a career in the profession they love.
We hope to see more initiatives like this investing in the education and careers of grooms.
