Wow Rigatoni :
16 oz Rigatoni
16 oz 80% beef and pork mix
Sauce (recipe and directions below)
16 oz belgioioso Parmesan
16 oz belgioioso ricotta
16 oz belgioioso mozzarella
2 cloves garlic
1/2 white onion
2 T olive oil
Spices (to taste )
1/2 bunch basil chopped finely
Salt
Pepper
Italian seasoning
Slap ya momma
Garlic Parmesan
Directions:
Broil noodles 9-11 minutes
Thinly slice garlic and onions sauté in olive oil
Add seasonings
Cook until veg is translucent
Add meat cook till fully browned
Add sauce and mix thoroughly
Add noodles
Evenly coat noodles
Mix in large bowl :
Basil
Parmesan
Ricotta
Once combined fully add to pot
Mix well
Top with Mozzarella and broil until mozzarella is browned and bubbly
Sauce :
2 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
6 tablespoons olive oil
⅓ cup finely diced onion
½ cup white wine
Directions :
Place tomatoes, tomato paste, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a food processor; blend until smooth.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until slightly softened, about 2 minutes.
Stir in blended tomato sauce and white wine
Simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 30 minutes.
