he Mai Tai from in Cocoa Beach. Very good. Almond was present without being syrupy and there was a pleasant dark molasses/honey note to the rum. I was told the blend but unfortunately sipped that memory away.
The texture was almost "powdery". Not literally gritty, mind you, just indicative of cocoa powder.
The citrus and sweetness were well balanced which is a big plus for me as I don't like my drinks too sweet.
