Welcome to VBACed!
The podcast where we encourage you to come with the curiosity and leave with the knowledge.
Carrie of is a mom to three amazing children – Malone, Beau & Jocelyn (twins!), and wife to a sweet “Kentucky Boy”. Born and raised in Michigan, she is a graduate of the University of Iowa and Indiana University, and serve as Director of a local non-profit, The Maternal Wellness Program. She is proud and excited to have been voted a Top Provider in GRKids Best Of GR 2019 - 2021! Her passion for VBAC and supporting families shines through everything she puts forth.
Emmy aka is mama to 3 little people- Pierce, Isley & Nora and trophy wife to her nerd. She is a TCK and grew up across 3 continents. She explored many careers including Disney and a short stint as a stand up comedian. Her own births lead her to becoming a VBAC doula and educator.
Carrie and Emmy became friends in the modern way of the post on boards, Instagram and then late night video chats. This idea kept floating back and forth of "What if we did a podcast all about VBAC?"
