If you're anything like me, sometimes feeling like you're stuck in "limbo" between where you are and the kind of life you envision for yourself - then grab a cup of coffee, get comfy and let's talk about the realz.. ☕
Wouldn't it be great if there was ONE road to becoming successful? Like a secret "recipe" everyone could follow and you'd wake up living the life of your dreams. 🤷♀️ Ha! 😅 Well, that's how I used to think anyway, until I came across thé closest "checklist" there might be..
It really put things in perspective for me and completely changed my view regarding the above mentioned. 💭 I thought I'd share it with all of you, so let's dive in:
1. Taking care of our mind/mental health plays a significant role in determining life's outcomes. 🌱 So, having some sort of checklist for our minds is important as it decreases stress, improves physical health and fosters resilience. Which in turn, will lead us closer to our path of a life we envision. 🤩
2. Get ready for this one.. 🤭 The body and mind interact and influence one another in complex ways. So, wait for it.. 😁 Taking care of our physical bodies is important, because THIS in turn is good for our MENTAL health! 🤯😅 Again, having some sort of "body checklist" is a great way to start.
3. If you're thinking, 'What is soul care really other than taking care of your mental health?' You're not wrong! 😊 It usually refers to the restoration and support of a person's well-being in their totality - meaning their mind, body AND spirit.
So, by taking care of our souls helps prevent burnout and ensures that we feel more balanced in life. 🧘♀️ Leading to a more fulfilling, productive and purposeful life. 🌱
For now, soak up the info and go easy on yourself. Know that you're not alone in how you might be feeling. Hang in there, stay motivated. The life you desire is well within your reach! ✨
