ITS OUT!

RMLP1, the debut album by Rainbow Maniac is no longer hiding away in Dropbox. It’s yours to be enjoyed!

This band were the reason I started this label and It feels like the best way to end this chapter.

And even better yet the band are getting back together just for tonight for an incredibly special gig at Clwb Ifor Bach with all the money going to the amazing Cardiff Dogs Home, The Rescue Hotel

I’ll be at the show later selling copies of the RMEP1 vinyl and some t-shirts for a big ole discount!!

Whack the album on repeat and I’ll see you at Clwb later!

Hey everyone, over recent months I’ve come to the decision that I’m going to have to stop Phwoar & Peace, at least for a while.

With the increasing cost of living I’m just no longer able to afford to run it anymore. Phwoar & Peace has always been a labour (label) of love, it’s never made enough money to cover the costs but I loved doing it anyway because of my love of working with great new bands and trying to help them grow. But due to having less money and time available to spend on the label it’s become a stress, not a love, and I’m feeling burnt out and overwhelmed. So I need to stop things for now, I’m not closing it for good as I would like to return to it in future so for now let’s call this the end of Phase 1…

Before I go however I will be doing one last release!

I started this label to release the incredible Rainbow Maniac’s RMEP1 and as a fitting bookend to this chapter I will be releasing RMLP1!

Before they split up back in 2020, Rainbow Maniac recorded what would be their debut album. But since then it’s just been sat there in Dropbox. Conor came to me last year asking if I’d be up for releasing it and of course I was!

People need to hear this fantastic album!

RMLP1 will be released April 26th
