Even though we're not currently podcasting (we'll get back to it eventually!), our podcast is still making an impact. 🌟
Our first episode, "Abandoned and Betrayed", covered a husband murdering his wife in St. Catherines, Canada, a case that hadn't been covered by any other podcast at the time. After releasing the episode, we were shocked to hear from Kimberly Gillespie, the daughter of the murderer, who reached out to us 🫣. Fortunately, she appreciated the episode and thanked us for portraying her father as the heartless murderer that he is. Her father has been tormenting her for years and has threatened to harm her if he's ever released from prison. Her book highlights the devastating effects of domestic violence, which she endured for years, and how it can leave deep deep scars. It doesn’t always look like a black eye!
We've stayed in touch with Kimberly over the years as she's worked to keep her father behind bars. She recently informed us that her memoir book is now published! The book tells her side of the story and honors her late mom, Judith Fraser.
We received a heartfelt email from Kimberly, expressing her gratitude for our podcast, which she says was a turning point in her healing journey. She's even included us in her book, which is an incredible honor ❤️❤️.
Kimberly is an inspiring woman who has been through unimaginable trauma. Her book, “FIND THE PEARL IN YOUR PAIN” is now available on Amazon and it's a fantastic read!!!
