🧵 THE “SILENT WITNESS” IN THE LINDSAY CLANCY TRIAL IS DRAWING ATTENTION AGAIN AS JURORS STRUGGLE TO REACH A VERDICT.

Among the hundreds of exhibits presented during the trial, one piece of physical evidence has remained especially difficult to ignore: the exercise bands found with Clancy’s three children.

The bands were shown in court as prosecutors and the defense offered sharply different interpretations of what the evidence says about Lindsay Clancy’s state of mind and the sequence of events inside the Duxbury home. 🧷
