I write with utmost respect and a deep sense of responsibility as a concerned citizen of our dear state.The Confluence Beach Hotel once a pride of Kogi State and a symbol of hospitality in the heart of Lokoja, stands today in dire need of renovation and revival. This landmark strategically located by the River Niger and River Benue has the potential to once again become a major hub for tourism, leisure and investment in Nigeria. Reviving the Confluence Beach Hotel will not only restore its glory but will also:

2. Increase State Revenue: Generate more income through hospitality, events and cultural showcases.
3. Create Jobs for Kogites: From hospitality staff to tour guides, artisans and service providers countless employment opportunities will be created for our people.
4. Promote Kogi’s Image: Position our state as a tourism-friendly location with rich history and culture.
